While this isn&#8217;t available as option in the advanced settings, you can use e.g. &#8220;imgcolor=green&#8221; or &#8220;imgcolor=blue,red&#8221; as parameter right in the URL. Setting the option to &#8220;blue&#8221;, for instance, shows images for your keyword which are mainly blue.</p>
<p><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3474/3374714407_87f1c966e1.jpg?v=0" alt="image search in blue" /></p>
<p><strong>Example</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>House</strong>: http://images.google.com/images?q=house</p>
<p><strong>Blue House</strong>: http://images.google.com/images?imgcolor=blue&amp;q=house</p>
<p>Or, you could use the form below to search and see how its done!</p>
<form action="http://images.google.com/images" method="get">
<input name="q" size="45" type="text" value="car" />
<select name="imgcolor">
<option value="black">Black</option>
<option value="blue">Blue</option>
<option value="brown">Brown</option>
<option value="gray">Gray</option>
<option value="green">Green</option>
<option value="orange">Orange</option>
<option value="pink">Pink</option>
<option value="purple">Purple</option>
<option value="red">Red</option>
<option value="teal">Teal</option>
<option value="white">White</option>
<option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
</select>
<input name="Search" type="submit" value="Search" />
</form>
<p>In order to search for images mostly from a color, you need the URL of the search string only the parameter <strong>imgtype</strong> &amp; <strong>COLOR</strong> = Append. Currently, as far as i known, 12 colors available: [<em>red, blue, green, teal, purple, yellow, orange, pink, white, gray, black, brown</em>]</div>
