Google has released another new beta version of Chrome 3.0. While a few days ago, they had released version 3.0.193.2…. With the Chrome version 3.0.195.4 has now also in beta, there seems to be more progress happening.

As for the performance improvements, the Chrome team explains how they did it on their blog:

“Beyond the improvements in JavaScript execution in this latest beta, there are a host of other improvements that should help Google Chrome make the most of your network connection. For example, when you open a new web page while other web pages are still loading, Google Chrome is now smarter about prioritizing the requests for the new page — for instance, fetching text, images, and video for your new page — ahead of the requests from the older pages. Loading pages on this beta release should also be faster than ever with DNS caching, more efficient DOM bindings, and using V8 for proxy auto-config.”
Read more in the announcement from the Google blog.

Google launched Gmail way back in 2004, and since then, it has become one of Google’s most important and popular products other than search. But all the while, it has continued to bear the “Beta” tag, and finally after 5 years, Gmail moves out of beta stage. Also does Google Docs, Calendar and Google Talk have been moved out of beta!!!

Google explains about the beta move on their official Google blog as:

“We’re often asked why so many Google applications seem to be perpetually in beta. For example, Gmail has worn the beta tag more than five years. We realize this situation puzzles some people, particularly those who subscribe to the traditional definition of “beta” software as not being yet ready for prime time …… Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs (Google Docs) and Google Talk — both enterprise and consumer versions — are now out of beta. “Beta” will be removed from the product logos today, but we’ll continue to innovate and improve upon the applications whether or not there’s a small “beta” beneath the logo.”

However, if you’d like to keep the “Beta” tag on your Gmail, you can now enable a “Back to Beta” option in Google Labs….. sweet eh? .

The settings are displayed in three tabs, which increase the clarity of the Youtube profile page. Currently there are 10 different themes, yet each one individually – for example through a different link color can adapt for anyone who wants can add more.

The design can also continue with a background image to be. What elements should be displayed, you can continue to lay down. You can also specify which playlists are displayed and many friends are displayed. This also applies to subscribers and subscriptions.

A profile can define which information such as last login, video or website Reputable public. In the settings it is important to note that the details are online, not with a check mark. If you do not like the design, click on “Revert! I want my old back channel” to disable the new design. Your channel will appear again in the old design.

Back in November, Google had asked a small group of U.S. advertisers to start testing a new web interface for AdWords while it was still early in development. Now Google is back with a new blog post which says “Beta expansion: Try the new AdWords interface”…

Here are a few of the exciting features Google is testing:

Performance graphs: Spot trends over time with custom graphs on every campaign management page.

Insight across ad groups: Focus on the high-impact areas of your account with new roll-up tabs on every page. You can see and edit keywords, placements or ads from all ad groups on a single tab.

In-line editing: Want to change a keyword or bid? Click on it and make changes in-line instead of loading a separate page.

Easier content network management: Improve content network performance through a new Networks tab. Look at statistics for the placements where your ads have appeared, and then take action by setting unique bids or excluding placements directly from the report.

To learn more, see videos of the new interface in action, and sign up for the beta, visit the new AdWords interface website.
